• Customer Information: When merchants approve a buyer for wholesale access, we store the buyer's name, company, email, and requested tags to facilitate the wholesale portal authentication (Magic Links).
• Order Information: We process details related to wholesale Draft Orders created via the App to provide merchant analytics and enforce billing limits.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and operate the wholesale portal and pricing engine.
• Send automated transactional emails (Magic Links, Quote Requests, Notifications).
• Provide merchant analytics regarding wholesale conversion rates and lifetime value.
• Authenticate Sales Agents and log contextual order data.

We share your Personal Information with third parties only to help us provide our services.
