How do I add the portal to my store navigation?

Go to Online Store > Navigation in your Shopify Admin, add a menu item, and set the link to exactly: /a/quick-reorder

Do my customers need to create a password?

No! We use secure Magic Links. Customers enter their email and receive a one-time code, eliminating the need for passwords entirely.
